Pre-Wedding Tasks:

This package recommends at least four (4) meetings with the bride and other decision makers
  • First Meeting:
    • Discuss wedding dreams, needs, expectations and budget
    • Discuss what industry professionals will be needed for the wedding
    • Discuss how to compile your guest list
    • Decide wedding date if not already chosen
    • Provide suggestions on ceremony and reception sites if not already chosen
  • Second Meeting:
    • Discuss prepared budget and make adjustments
    • Discuss suggested industry professionals for the price range
    • Discuss and order "Save The Date" items
    • Discuss hotel accommodations for out of town guests & reserve block
  • Set up appointments for the bride to conduct interviews with available industry professionals
  • Finalize and visit ceremony and receptions sites to verify all arrangements
  • Provide bride with checklist of "Wedding To Dos"
  • Manage guest list and track responses on a database
  • Provide bride with a complete master guest list
  • Third Meeting:
    • Help bride select wedding stationary
    • Discuss miscellaneous topics such as favors for guests, transportation, lighting, ceremony programs and other wedding accessories
    • Discuss locations and menus for rehearsal dinner
  • Fourth Meeting:
    • Discuss payment schedule for contracts signed with industry professionals
    • Create the bride's wedding day schedule
    • Review signed contracts of the industry professionals with the bride, assess the arrangements made and identify any deficiencies
    • Create a ceremony and reception itinerary for the bride and the contracted industry professionals
    • Provide bride with information on changing her name
    • Provide information on obtaining the marriage license
  • Contact industry professionals with whom the client has contracted to review specifics regarding the wedding
  • Send industry professionals an itinerary of the ceremony and reception schedules and confirm delivery times and locations
  • Create itinerary schedules for the bridal party
  • Attend rehearsal at the ceremony site
  • Direct rehearsal at the ceremony site if allowed by officiant, or assist as needed
Wedding Day:
  • Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception sites for their deliveries and setups
  • Supervise and assist with all preparations including setting up table centerpieces and decorations, favors, menu and place cards, candle lighting, etc.
  • Execute all wedding plans and details with vendors in accordance with the client's wishes
  • Distribute any remaining payments to industry professionals if not already paid before the wedding date
  • Supervise reception and coordinate execution of reception events with industry professionals
  • Supervise clean-up including loading gifts and boxing of leftover cake
  • Distribute tossing items and/or favors to guests
  • Return rented items to industry professionals (items to return usually include cake parts, vases to florist, and tuxedos)
