- Meet with client to discuss wedding needs, expectations and budget
- Decide what industry professionals will be needed for the wedding and provide a list of qualified and reliable vendors
- Review signed contracts of the industry professionals for the client, assess the arrangements made and identify any deficiencies
- Provide etiquette advice
- Provide client with a checklist of "Wedding To Dos"
- Contact industry professionals with whom the client has contracted to review specifics regarding the wedding
- Create ceremony and reception itineraries for the bride and the contracted industry professionals
- Send industry professionals an itinerary of the ceremony and reception schedules and confirm delivery times and locations
- Discuss miscellaneous topics such as favors for guests, transportation, lighting, ceremony programs and other wedding accessories
- Create itinerary schedules for the bridal party
- Attend rehearsal at the ceremony site
- Direct rehearsal at the ceremony site if allowed by officiant, or assist as needed

- Meet industry professionals at ceremony and reception sites for
their deliveries and set-ups
- Supervise and assist with all preparations including
setting up table centerpieces and decorations, favors,
menu and place cards, candle lighting, etc. (some
setup services are additional)
- Execute all wedding plans and details with vendors
in accordance with the client's wishes
- Distribute any remaining payments to industry
professionals if not already paid before the wedding
date
- Supervise reception and coordinate execution of
reception events with industry professionals
- Arrange for gift loading and other end-of-event
details (i.e. packaging of cake leftovers, gathering
of rented items or items belonging to the client)
